| A community is a "natural" unit, created by the developer or the members of the community itself to manage its joint assets. We have chosen to call it "natural" because it usually encompasses all the houses in the same urbanisation or development, or all the apartments, ground floor premises and garages in the same building. ACURED focuses on the Community as this "natural" centerpoint around which sales, marketing and administration revolves. Creating a website that embraces this concept, we put powerful yet simple interactive tools in the hands of the community members, with the intention of providing information about the community in itself, simplifying administrative tasks within the community, as well as providing an organized forum for members to sell their properties on the national and international real estate market.
