If you have registered as a service provider, you can now login with your user name and password and read the reviews your clients have written. You can also modify the information you wish to publish or deactivate it. We have now finalised the Services module for properties! Property owners can now ask for multiple quotes in a quick and simple manner, as well as read and write reviews of received services. The next step is creating a login for these service providers, since they obviously want to be able to read the reviews about them! Since we are continually working with the page, sometimes the name of a link can change. This can cause an old link to "expire" and not find the page it is linking to, since the name is now different. This is all very well but we have also had problems linking to Acured from Facebook. When clicking on the link, it said that the page did not exist (but of course it did!). This problem has now been solved. All properties need maintenance! We are currently developing the next module for Acured, SERVICES. Any company that offers services for properties (like electricians, plumbers, gardeners, air condition technicians, glass terraces etc) can advertise their services (for free) on the list. This will make it easy to find any service you need at the moment. One can also evaluate the services received, and in that way highlight the ones that really do a good job! I hope you have all had a great summer! In this version of Acured, we have added the "Offers" function. This means that as a property owner in your Community, you can see the offers made to your Community for buying properties there. The offers can be made by people who really want to live in your Community specifically, even though nothing is currently for sale there. In this new version of Acured you just need one login, even though you own several properties in different Communities. The new version also takes into account that many people operate through companies, or are simply representatives for the real owners. At the beginning of the year we finished transforming Acured into a modern website, adapted to the new technologies which have appeared since our humbre beginnings in 2004, such as smartphones and tablets. For those that have been following our "System News" previously in this column it's been an interesting development and adaptation, not always without complications! In this column and the next few posts we will be commenting on some of the differences between the current v 2.0 compared to the previous. Promote the community, stimulate internal communication, and use the online sales system to earn money for your community.
As a Real Estate Agent you now have access to Acured! Use this to your benefit by uploading the communities that you normally sell properties in! We will display your logo on the community page and refer to your website! This is a great way to receive more quality clients who know where they want to buy a property.
