Have you found the Community of your dreams, but there are no properties for sale there? Sometimes it is better to take the matter into your own hands and make an offer! Decide the maximum price that you are willing to pay for a property, the minimum size and that's it! Your offer is visible to the Community page administrator as well as all the owners in the Community that have signed up with Acured, even though no properties are for sale. Most people are willing to sell if the price is right! Once signed up (see below), log in and make an offer in any Community you might want to purchase a property (which could be a garage, home, office etc).
If you have signed up with Acured previously (as an owner/representative, Administrator or Real Estate Agent) you do not need to sign up again.
