The administrative language is the language the administrative interface will be shown in and is not necessary the language you will choose for your Community webpages. If you want to create and administrate a page for your Community please choose one of the roles 1-3. If you are an owner (or an owners representative) in an active Community on the list which has the Owner Access Enabled and want to request a password so you can login and have access to your Community, select "Representative or Owner" as your role.
If you are a professional administrator or a Developer then choose this as your administration role below. Once you have signed up, you can provide more information about your company, which is specified in all listings of Communities you administrate. As a professional administrator or Developer you have access to all the functions of Acured for FREE.
Once you have signed up you can immediately start creating your first Community.
Choose this option as your administration role if you are a Real Estate Agent. This will give you immediate access to create Community profiles. Your logo and link to your website will be published with all listings of Communities you have created. For a small fee you can also add access to the sales module, which then allows owners in the Communities you have created to advertise their properties for sale.
Once you have signed up you can immediately start creating your first Community.
Can´t wait for an administrator to create your Communitys online presence? If you own property in a Community, and want to have full access to all the benefits of Acured as well as helping your Community to prosper, choose "Owner Administrator" as your administration role. Once you have signed up you can immediately start creating your first Community.
If you just want to be able to log in as an owner in a registered Community with owner access enabled, select "Representative or Owner" as your role.
As an administrator of a community, we put all of Acureds tools at your disposal! Promote the community, stimulate internal communication, and use the online sales system to earn money for your community.
As a Real Estate Agent you now have access to Acured! Use this to your benefit by uploading the communities that you normally sell properties in! We will display your logo on the community page and refer to your website! This is a great way to receive more quality clients who know where they want to buy a property.
